How do you ship orders during the colder months?

During the winter months, we ask that customers add a heat pack to their order. The 72 hours heat-pack should help in the shipping process, but if there is a delay in shipping due to the carrier we sometimes see issues. If you receive a plant that is cold damaged, please reach out to us with our Contact Form and we will happily replace it. We are otherwise not responsible for plants that arrive frozen/cold damaged if a heat pack was not added to the order by the customer.
